Please see the PNNA reference section for a collection of useful numismatic information, including all of the following:

  • Introductions to numismatics, including class notes.
  • Information on Coin Buying and Selling, Coin Grading and Cleaning, Collecting vs. Investing and Coin Shows.
  • Information from the American Numismatic Association (ANA).
  • Reports on completed seminars and events.
  • Stories about coins, banknotes, tokens and medals.
  • The PNNA memorabilia catalog.
  • The PNNA speakers list.
  • Miscellaneous articles and reports.
  • A list of outside information sources.

For U.S. coins, an excellent place to start is always with the annual “Red Book” (Guide Book of United States Coins). The club usually orders and sells copies to members each spring.

The BCCOCO may also establish its own reference section from contributions made by members.
