A “filled die” Lincoln Cent. The die filled with grease or debris (causing a weak strike) in several places, including “IN GOD”, “LI”, and the last two digits of the date.

1916 dime, 1913 Gold Quarter Eagle (2 1/2 Dollar coin) and 1880 Liberty Seated Quarter Collar. The dime was a raffle prize; the other two show & tell.


1867-1967 Colorado Cattlemen’s Association centennial medal.




Four coins with some type of modification or possibly error. The added portrait of Kennedy was done outside of the mint (these were common inexpensive souvenirs), but what about the others? You decide.
